Now is the time to nurture yourself!
This is a stressful time for all of us, with our futures being uncertain and our health under threat from drugs and illness, and this is where self-nurture comes in. It is now more important than ever to remember that our minds and bodies work together and that our thoughts, feelings and emotions affect our health and well-being. So breathe deeply, smile and feel grateful, laugh and spend time with loved ones and take the time to do the things that you enjoy, just for you. Love yourself with your thoughts and actions, be kind to yourself and factor into your day/week some" me-time". Only then, when "your cup is full" can you be of most use to those around you. Then you can "fill their cups" with respect, kindness and love.
